SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery:

Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.

All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm IST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 5 pm IST is processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Sunday(Depend upon courier).

Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted.

Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.

Items which are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.

Custom items can take between 1-5 business days to ship.
REFUND POLICY
Our sweets are perishable goods so a complete return will not be accepted. However, we pride ourselves on quality and will honour any problems or concerns with your order. A full refund will be provided if applicable. If you have concerns with your order or queries please email us at shrikanatural@gmail.com and will endeavour to resolve any issue. If there has been a fault with the sweets/delivery or packaging a full refund or exchange will be discussed. We pride ourselves on being traditional.
